Beautiful Broken Vessels (BBV) provides a three-module curriculum that focuses on curating healthy relationships and understanding healthy boundaries to prevent cycles of toxic and abusive relationships. Our goal is to provide methods so participants learn to prevent:
1. the cycle of toxic and abusive relationships for young women who have been involved or exposed to past toxic or abusive relationships, and
2. initial exposure to toxic and abusive relationships for those who have not.
We want to help young ladies see themselves transform from brokenness to wholeness by healing from trauma and ultimately ending the cycle of toxic and/or abusive relationships for themselves and future generations.
The young ladies enrolled in the program will have an opportunity to put what they are being taught into practice. Throughout the provided lessons, these young ladies will participate in community services activities, as well as learn important life skills that will elevate them in life.
BBV will offer a three-module curriculum to the community, and we also plan to offer individual and group therapy in the near future. Our goal is to provide multiple opportunities for young ladies to process and apply what they have learned within the course.
BBV will also offer summer workshops and other community service opportunities, collaborating with other organizations to give young ladies the opportunities to learn about themselves and the world around them. Over the next few years, we will also offer other programs such as summer programs, camps, and more.
